đŸŽȘ Show: The Unaccused đŸ€ž

The Unaccused on October 17th at 8 PM under the market hall in Puivert!

Exploring the theme of justice, The Unaccused is made up of several scenes and is built through a writing style at the crossroads of circus dramaturgy and theater.

This sensitive and subversive performance is based on a life story, like an initiatory journey of a young circus woman, swaying across the world between precarious balance and the possibility of collapse.

There is no identifiable traditional circus apparatus; the aerial equipment has been designed and invented exclusively to serve the piece’s narrative. On stage, the artist has carried out interviews with specialists and experts from the world of justice, which appear on screen through mapping projections, offering an overview of local and international justice.

The words of these researchers, humanitarians, and griots included in the performance emerge as protagonists in their own right. They contribute to the visual aesthetic of the work while bringing a sharp reflective perspective on current events.

This work unfolds as a demanding dialogue between body and thought, a performance balancing on the fragility of today’s world, speaking to us of men and women striving to find voice and action amidst great instability.

Following the performance, we would like to invite you to join us in a Dialogue.
First, for the simple pleasure of sharing together, but also to bring together our collective intelligence in order to explore new paths.

The idea is to recreate an Agora with people of all generations, to reflect together on what solutions and inventions we can imagine in response to History and to current events.

For those who wish to continue the experience on stage or through sharing, we invite you to end the evening at Chez Marius with an open mic and open stage.
You will be welcome to share your inspiring texts, your own writings, your songs, poems, stories, or choreographies
Feel free to bring whatever resonates with you and share it with others.
