Carmen Souza, often referred to as the Ella Fitzgerald of Cape Verde, returns with her musicians and her new repertoire for the first time in Ariège. A pioneer of ‘world jazz’, she blends African rhythms, Cape Verdean melodies and contemporary jazz, carried by her deep and sensual voice.
