On February 22, the Suspended Sundays workshop took place with Marie Mercadal, a professional trapeze artist, and what a magical moment it was!
She offered three workshops tailored to different age groups, allowing everyone to find their place and express themselves fully. Children and parents alike were able to dance, dance in the air, improvise, and give free rein to their creativity. Between acrobatics, suspended movements, and dance games, young and old shared moments of togetherness, laughter, and discovery in a joyful and caring atmosphere.
This workshop was a real opportunity to meet in a different way, where parents and children were able to explore movement and creativity together, in complete freedom. Improvisation and spontaneity were the order of the day, and everyone was able to experiment and push themselves at their own pace.
The last workshop of the year will take place on Sunday, March 29.
