As part of its social activities, the MJC youth center in Puivert offers free workshops every year to support adults in their role as parents and strengthen social ties.
This year, Justine Caulliez, a certified CNVC trainer, led several workshops on “CNV and parenting” in the Puivert town hall, offering participating parents and grandparents opportunities to listen, practice, and share experiences.
Thanks to concrete scenarios inspired by the participants’ real lives and discussions in large and small groups, everyone was able to leave with new tools to strengthen the quality of their relationships and live their role as parents/grandparents with greater awareness and kindness.
It was an enlightening experience, full of connection and shared discoveries.
